Coming from I-405, take Coal Creek Exit towards Factoria.

Turn left on Factoria Blvd.  You will pass a church on your right.  

Keep going as you pass SE Newport way on your right, then pass SE 44th, and SE 42nd streets, and at the light, you will take a right onto SE 41st Lane, into an open parking lot.  

In front of you, should see a sign for Washington Orthodontics and Sylvan Learning center, this is the right building.  My office in just to your left as you enter.  Please also be aware, Factoria is under construction, so expect traffic delays especially during rush hours.
